Kathy Ehrmann

Kathy Ehrmann is the Executive Managing Director at Colliers International, where they lead Account Management for the Corporate Solutions Americas Team. They joined Colliers in 2014 after spending 11 years at CBRE, where they held multiple senior leadership roles and managed significant accounts such as BP and Bank of America. Kathy possesses extensive experience across various industries, including Financial Services and Health Care, and has overseen strategic real estate initiatives, delivering multi-million dollar projects and implementing innovative service delivery models. They hold a B.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Miami University and an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
