Lance Bloom

Lance Bloom has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, having worked with renowned firms such as CBRE, Colliers International, and CB Ragland. At CBRE, Lance served as a Senior Associate from September 2013 to August 2017, earning recognition as an NBJ Heavy Hitter and a nominee for NAIOP Broker of the Year. Prior to that, from January 2009 to September 2013, Lance specialized in commercial real estate as an Affiliate Broker at CB Ragland. Additionally, Lance held roles as a Senior Vice President at Colliers International from September 2017 to October 2022 and recently served as Principal and Vice Chairman at Colliers in January 2023. Early in the career, Lance gained experience as a Research Assistant at Mastrapasqua Asset Management in May 2007.
