Previously, Lawrence served as Director of Talent Management at Onex, overseeing talent acquisition and management for global wealth and corporate groups. With over 15 years in human resources and executive search, they have held significant roles at companies such as Manulife, where they advised senior leadership on executive hiring, and The Next Step, where they specialized in mid to senior-level recruitment. Lawrence earned a Master’s in Business/Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a BA in Philosophy from Western University.
