Lloyd Nash is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and business management. Currently serving as the Owner of Uncharted Seafood Ltd., a seafood buyer and wholesaler, Lloyd also holds the position of Broker of Record and Director of Corporate Leasing & Sales at Colliers International. Previously, significant roles included Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Representative at CBRE Canada and Commercial Sales and Leasing Advisor at Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic. Lloyd founded Explosive Media, a digital signage advertising company, and led Newfound Mobility as the New Business Development Manager. Academic qualifications include a BBA in Marketing from Mount Saint Vincent University, complemented by leadership experience as President of the MSVU Students Union.
