Louis Suarez, CCIM, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President in the Healthcare Services Group at Colliers MSP, where they apply over two decades of experience in healthcare real estate to help clients maximize efficiency and enhance service delivery. As a founding member of Colliers' National Healthcare Services platform, Louis combines local expertise with national resources to offer strategic solutions for healthcare organizations and investors. Louis co-founded Victoria's Italian Restaurant, a staple in the Rochester area, which allows them to understand the dynamics of operating a successful physical business. They hold an MBA in Business Development and Marketing and a BA in New Business Development, Economics, and Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas.
