Luke Barrett

Luke Barrett is an experienced Director of Occupier Services at Colliers, where since January 2017, responsibilities have included collaborating with corporate clients such as Bupa Dental Care, Wetherspoon, Vodafone Enterprise, Siemens Energy, and Hilti to develop and execute property strategies while managing lease events and budgeting. Additionally, Luke Barrett serves as a Trustee and Non-Executive Director at Leeds Mind, an independent mental health charity in West Yorkshire, since December 2018. Prior to these roles, Luke Barrett worked as a Corporate Real Estate Surveyor at Sanderson Weatherall from August 2007 to January 2017, where management of lease liabilities and identification of asset enhancement opportunities were key functions. Luke Barrett holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Northumbria University, obtained in 2007.
