Mark Allen is a West Point graduate, former Division 1 athlete, and war veteran, who has built a successful career in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Vice Chairman at Colliers, Mark specializes in multifamily investment sales and co-leads the national Single-Family Rental and Build-to-Rent practices. Prior to this role, Mark co-founded GREA and served as an Executive Managing Director, focusing on multifamily investment. Mark also held the position of Account Manager at MSC Software and served as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army, where multiple awards were received for exemplary leadership during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
