Mark Burgess

Mark Burgess, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President and Controller at Colliers since August 2017, having previously held positions including Controller and Real Estate Management Services Accounting Manager within the same organization. Prior to Colliers, Mark operated as a consultant, focusing on small business and individual financial consulting and tax planning for Mark Burgess, CPA, from February 2017 to August 2017. Mark has extensive experience in the field, having worked as the Area Controller for Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. and Project Accounting Manager at both Westinghouse Electric Company and Chicago Bridge & Iron. Earlier roles include temporary and interim positions at various companies, providing financial management and accounting services. Mark holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and completed the Developing Leader's Program at Harvard Business Publishing.
