Mark Gutierrez is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the design and content fields. Currently serving as the Creative Director for Colliers in the Asia Pacific region since May 2014, Mark provides strategic creative leadership and ensures the alignment of creative approaches with business strategies. Previous roles at Colliers include Associate Director and Senior Manager of Creative & Content, where Mark was integral in guiding high-quality design solutions for brand projects. Prior to Colliers, Mark worked as a Graphic Designer for the NSW Office of State Revenue, delivering design assistance and ensuring timely publication print jobs, and as a Graphics Assistant at Trimevac, providing design support and coordinating stock supplies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications, Photography, and Graphics from Western Sydney University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
