Mark Howarth

Mark Howarth is a Director at Colliers, bringing over 17 years of experience in commercial property as a qualified building surveyor with full RICS membership. Previously, they served as Associate Director at Paragon Building Consultancy Ltd from 2013 to 2021, overseeing various refurbishment and fit-out projects with a total contract value of approximately £7 million. Mark also has experience in conducting vendor and acquisition surveys across the UK. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from DeMontfort University, graduating in 2003.
