Mark Lester

Mark Lester (PREC) is the founder of Unique Properties at Colliers International, where they have specialized in the marketing and sale of unique real estate assets since the late 1990s. With a Master’s degree in Land-use Planning and extensive experience as a city planner and market analyst, Mark has represented some of Canada’s most notable properties, including private islands and agricultural lands, achieving sales with a combined value exceeding $1 billion. They have served on the Board of Directors for Brightside Community Homes since 2018, contributing their expertise to provide affordable housing solutions. Mark is widely recognized for their business acumen, creative approaches, and commitment to client relationships in the real estate industry.
