Martyn Edwards is an accomplished Director and Head of the Investment Property Management (IPM) Department at Colliers, a position held since May 2000, focused on overseeing the Birmingham IPM operations. Prior to this role, Martyn served as a Surveyor at GVA Grimley from September 1997 to May 2000. Martyn began their career in 1994 as a Graduate Surveyor with London-based Corporate Property Limited, gaining experience in occupier property management, before moving to Checkley & Co in 1995, where work focused on property management and professional services. Martyn holds a Diploma in Valuation and Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), having obtained this qualification from the University of the West of England from 1990 to 1993.
