Matteo Basile, MRICS, is currently the Head of Valuation for National Clients at Colliers, where they coordinate a team across offices in Milan and Rome, focusing on real estate valuation and consultancy. With previous roles as a Senior Valuer and Valuer at Colliers International, they have extensive experience in assessing various types of properties. Matteo holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Calabria, as well as a Master's in Real Estate Finance from LUISS Business School. They also engage in teaching at the Politecnico di Milano and LUISS Business School.
