Matthew Hrubes

Matthew Hrubes, CCIM, is a senior leader and expert in the development, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate properties since 1999. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Colliers, they specialize in eCommerce, fulfillment, and industrial properties while assisting various stakeholders across the United States. Matthew's past roles include Vice President at Balke Brown Transwestern and Senior Vice President at CBRE, where they managed significant leasing and development projects, including the first Amazon Fulfillment Center in Missouri. They are pursuing a BA in Marketing/Communications with minors in Psychology and English at the University of Dayton.
