Matthew Mintier, MAI, is an experienced commercial real estate appraiser specializing in hospitality properties. With nearly two decades in the field, Matthew has been a Valuation Services Director at Colliers since 2006, where they transitioned to hotel appraisals and have appraised over 1,000 hotels, primarily in the western United States. Matthew earned an MBA from George Fox University in 2003 and holds a BA in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, received in 1991. Since obtaining their MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2015, Matthew has focused exclusively on appraising hospitality properties, averaging about 100 hotel appraisals per year.
