Matthew Shepherd

Matthew Shepherd boasts extensive experience in the property management sector, having co-founded and served as Director at Property Done Differently Pty Ltd from March 2018 to May 2025. Prior to this, Matthew held various significant roles including National Manager for Office & Industrial and General Manager for Asset Services & Facility Management at Mirvac from March 2008 to June 2014. Matthew’s career began at Knight Frank as a Property Manager from January 1993 to June 2000, followed by tenure at JLL as Portfolio Manager for NSW/ACT from October 2006 to March 2008. In addition, Matthew contributed as Property Asset Manager at Deutsche Asset Management from July 2000 to October 2006 and served as Director of Asset Management at APAC (Asia Pacific Asset Corporation) for part of 2020. Currently, Matthew is the Head of Office Management at Colliers, where responsibilities encompass leadership and strategic oversight in office management. Academic credentials include two diplomas from Hunter Institute of Technology in Real Estate Valuation and Property Management, and Business/Commerce.
