Michael Clouston

Michael Clouston is an accomplished commercial real estate loan servicing professional currently serving as the AVP - Senior Asset Manager at Colliers. With extensive experience in client relations, portfolio management, and risk identification, they have managed various asset types, including CMBS and Life Company assets. Previously, Michael held roles at KeyCorp Real Estate Capital Markets, Inc. as a Portfolio Manager, and at Midland Loan Services as an Assistant Asset Manager. They also have significant banking experience from their time at Mercantile Bank as a Personal Banker II. Michael is certified by the Mortgage Bankers Association for multi-family property inspections and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
