Michael Gardiner

Michael Gardiner is the Associate Director of Development Sites at Colliers Residential Victoria, a position held since 2021. They joined Colliers in 2018 as a Manager within the Development Site Sales team, focusing on selling large parcels of land for subdivision and redevelopment in Melbourne’s growth corridors. Prior to that, Michael spent eight years as State Sales Manager at Homebuyers Centre, and earlier, they played a significant role in Australian football, including serving as Vice Captain of the West Coast Eagles. Their extensive experience equips them with a deep understanding of clients and the market, allowing them to provide strategic guidance throughout the sales process.
