Michael L. Senner, SIOR, has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, currently serving as Principal at Colliers International since 1998. Notable recent transactions include a 306,000 square foot build-to-suit for Lawson Products and significant sales such as a $95 million transaction for Medline Industries and a $54 million sale for The YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Michael also completed a $36.5 million sale of a 564-stall parking garage in Chicago's Central Business District. Prior to Colliers, Michael worked as a Principal and Corporate Real Estate Advisor at Grubb & Ellis from 1994 to 1998. Michael holds a degree from Miami University, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
