Michael Lirtzman

Michael Lirtzman serves as the Head of Office Agency Leasing, U.S. and Principal at Colliers since December 2020, where responsibilities include growth strategy and oversight of the business line in the U.S. Prior to this role, Lirtzman was the Director of Leasing at Sterling Bay from 2017 to 2020, managing a national portfolio valued over $3 billion and facilitating leases totaling over 2 million square feet. From 2012 to 2017, Lirtzman held the position of Executive Vice President at Transwestern, leading the Chicago office leasing division and managing a team to execute strategic business plans. Earlier, Lirtzman was a Principal/Managing Principal at Oak Realty Group, Inc./Oak Residential Partners, LLC from 2007 to 2011, co-founding an affiliated entity focused on multifamily rental apartments. Michael Lirtzman holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, earned between 1991 and 1995.
