Michael Romanese

Michael Romanese is an experienced finance professional specializing in development finance. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Colliers since July 2018, Romanese's responsibilities include managing financial project proformas and variance reports, tracking financial reports, and providing analysis on lease agreements. Prior to this role, Romanese worked at SmartCentres REIT as Director of Financial Analysis & Reporting, focusing on project cash flow forecasts and tenant financial assessments. Romanese's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst at The Rose Corporation, where expertise in financial modeling and investor reporting was developed.
