Michael Steiner is the Vice President of the Colliers Florida Multifamily Team, specializing in multifamily investment and NNN leased sales. Growing up in Destin, Florida, Michael followed in a family tradition within real estate, entering the industry in 2005 after earning degrees in Real Estate and Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University. Prior to their current role, Michael managed student housing development projects and served as a Senior Associate at Marcus and Millichap, brokering multifamily properties in the Northwest Florida and Southern Georgia markets. With extensive experience in acquisitions, development, and property management, Michael has overseen transactions exceeding $300 million in multifamily real estate.
