Michael Yamada is a seasoned professional in the real estate and consulting sectors with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as Principal at Colliers International since December 1993, Michael specializes in tenant advisory, lease negotiation, property valuation, cash flow analysis, and site location consulting. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Associate in Real Estate Development at Taisei Corporation, where responsibilities included monitoring leasing activities and financing for multiple significant development projects, as well as cash flow analysis for the parent company of the Super 8 Motel chain.
