Michele Garrett

Michele Garrett has over three decades of experience in real estate management and lease administration, beginning with a role as Manager of Real Estate at Best Products Co., Inc., where responsibilities included supervising a team and coordinating property projects. Following this, Michele worked as a Development Analyst at Manorhouse Retirement Centers, Inc., specializing in market analysis and contract administration. A self-employed position involved preparing market analysis for assisted living communities before transitioning to lease administration roles at Hackney Real Estate Services, CB Richard Ellis of Virginia, Inc., and Colliers International. Currently, Michele serves as a Senior Lease Administrator at Colliers International and as a Real Estate Administrator at Dominion Energy. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business.
