Michelle Horevitz, MAI, has extensive experience in real estate valuation and appraisal. Starting as an Appraiser Trainee at Amh Appraisal Consultants Inc from March 2013 to March 2018, Michelle conducted market research and analyzed data to determine property values. Subsequently, Michelle served as a Valuation Associate at Colliers International from September 2018 to January 2022, progressing to roles including Valuation Specialist and Director of Valuation Services until May 2024. From February 2017 to September 2018, Michelle worked as an Associate Appraiser at Hendry Real Estate Advisors, completing the appraisal process for various property types with a focus on multifamily assets across several states. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Economics and Finance, from the University of Miami in 2011.
