Mike Cobb

Mike Cobb is the Managing Director at Colliers International, where they lead day-to-day operations and focus on growth and market share in Maine. Specializing in various sectors of commercial real estate, Mike has leveraged prior experience in residential real estate to excel in multifamily and mixed-use investment properties. They became a licensed real estate professional in Maine in 2007 and previously served as a partner at Cardente Real Estate after starting their career as an Associate Broker at Creative Realty Group. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance from Eckerd College and has strong ties to the Portland community through their education at Cheverus High School. They currently reside in Portland.
