Miles Tombrink is the Associate Vice President of Multifamily Investments at Colliers, having transitioned from a Senior Associate and Member of the National Multi-Housing Group at Marcus & Millichap. Starting their career in residential and student housing in 2014, they joined Marcus & Millichap in June 2016 as a research and market analyst. Miles quickly advanced, finishing as the #1 agent among Florida’s multifamily agents by the end of 2018 and later achieving the title of Senior Associate in 2020. They have closed 47 transactions totaling over $99 million and specialize in seller representation of sub 100-unit apartment properties along the I-4 Corridor. A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate, Miles has lived in the Tampa Bay area their entire life and is an active participant in local real estate networking events.
