Mohammad Attar is an experienced architectural designer and consultant with a diverse background in both architectural development and food and beverage operations. With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, Mohammad has worked at Hart Howerton, where responsibilities included developing architectural concepts and preparing design documents for a mixed-use development in Taos, New Mexico. This role involved market research, coordination with various consultants, and compliance documentation for large-scale projects such as the Mandarin Oriental Grand Cayman. Following this, as Owner’s Representative at Premium Food Chain, Mohammad developed food and beverage concepts and managed project budgets for government and private initiatives. Currently, Mohammad serves as a Senior Consultant at Colliers.
