Nick Miller

Nick Miller, CCIM, is a Senior Associate in Leasing & Capital Markets at Colliers, where expertise is focused on the Texas Office & Industrial Investments Group, contributing to the sale of 51 buildings in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Brokerage at Bright Realty and an Associate in the Net Leased Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap. Nick began a career as a Project Assistant at Bayern before obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University. Nick is pursuing the CRE Analyst designation in early 2025 and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.
