Nick Ousman, SIOR, is the Executive Vice President at Colliers International, where they specialize in the sales and leasing of industrial properties along the I-880 corridor. Since joining the firm in 2012, Nick has focused on areas including Richmond, Oakland, and Fremont, building strong, long-term relationships to enhance client success. Nick graduated from UC Berkeley in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications after transferring from the University of San Diego, where they initially pursued a baseball scholarship. In their leisure time, Nick enjoys golfing and outdoor exercise.
