Nigel Ball is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Director at Colliers since April 2018, Nigel specializes in creating value and cost-saving strategies for pubs, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. Previously, Nigel held the position of Senior Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate from October 2006 to April 2018, leading the Licensed Leisure sector and overseeing lease advisory services while also serving as a trustee for the company's pension fund. Nigel's career began at NAI Fuller Peiser, where from September 1989 to October 2006, Nigel was a Partner and Head of the Landlord & Tenant national service line.
