Nik Bex, MAI, is the Managing Director and North-Central Multifamily Leader at Colliers, where they oversee a team of multifamily appraisal specialists across the greater Midwest. They previously held roles at JLL and CBRE, including Executive Director and Vice President of the Multifamily Valuation Group. Nik's experience encompasses a diverse range of multifamily assets and involves managing client accounts, overseeing appraisal assignments, and providing market insights. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bradley University.
