Norm Laff, SIOR, is the Vice Chairman at Colliers International, specializing in industrial real estate sales and leasing, including portfolio and land sales throughout Québec. They served as a Partner at Immeubles Pierremont Limitée from 1985 to 1989, and held the position of Vice President and later Senior Vice President at Colliers Pierremont and Colliers International from 1990 to 2018. Additionally, Norm has been the President and CEO of Norman-Raymond & Assoc. Inc. since 1983. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from Sir George Williams University (now Concordia) between 1967 and 1971.
