Oana Adjudeanu

Oana Adjudeanu is the Head of Business Operations for Asset Services at Colliers Romania, overseeing over 600,000 square meters of office and industrial properties. With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Oana holds MRICS, PMP, and LEED AP O+M credentials, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, project management, and sustainability. Oana has previously held roles such as Deputy Head of Asset Services & Construction Services and Green Consultant LEED AP O+M at Colliers International Romania. Oana is also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of property management professionals. Oana earned a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and a Master's degree in Financial Analysis and Valuation from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti.
