Olivia MacAngus

Olivia MacAngus is the President & CEO at Colliers Project Leaders, having previously served as Managing Director of PwC's Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice. With over a decade of experience in government, procurement, and infrastructure, Olivia effectively led Plenary Group's business development across Canada, significantly growing its P3 project pipeline. Olivia was also the Director of Corporate Strategy at PPP Canada, where they contributed to developing procurement policies for the federal government. Additionally, Olivia held various roles on Parliament Hill, including campaign management and policy analysis, before transitioning to their current leadership position. Olivia's educational background includes degrees from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
