Omar Sattar

Omar Sattar is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Head of Investment Services at Colliers since August 2023, leading the investment and capital markets team in the Czech Republic across various sectors including office, retail, industrial & logistics, and residential. Additionally, Omar has been an MBARE lecturer at the Prague University of Economics and Business since October 2021, teaching the Investment Module to year 2 students. As a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the ESG Committee at CPI Property Group, Omar contributes to one of Europe’s largest listed property companies, managing approximately €20 billion in assets under management. Previous roles include Managing Director of Real Estate at Crowdberry, where Omar established the first regulated real estate investment fund, and Managing Partner at Sattar Associates, a boutique consultancy focusing on property investment. Earlier experience encompasses leadership positions at Colliers International, Avestus Capital Partners Ltd, Orco Property Group, and DTZ. Omar holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Economics from the University of the West of Scotland.
