Patrick Soucy, a native of Québec, joined Colliers International in May 2007 and is currently the Senior Vice President leading their Québec office, which Patrick inaugurated in 2012. Specializing in the representation of users of office and industrial spaces, as well as in investment sales, Patrick supports clients by identifying challenges and making informed decisions. Patrick has significantly impacted the commercial real estate market in the region, representing major clients such as Radio-Canada, TELUS, and Coca-Cola. Patrick also serves on the "Notoriété de la ville de Québec" committee, focusing on the city's future development, and participates as a volunteer speaker to support children facing mental health challenges. Currently, Patrick is also the Executive Vice President at CBRE since 2024 and is pursuing a professional acting certificate from École professionnelle Danielle Fichaud.
