Patrick Turner

Patrick Turner is an experienced professional in the real estate and development sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Colliers since October 2011, with a progressive career encompassing roles from Associate to Senior Vice President. Prior to Colliers, Patrick held a position in business development at Interstate Tenant Advisors, focusing on lease negotiations and site selection from March 2010 to October 2011. As the Founder of Holmes Development from 2004 to 2010, Patrick specialized in custom homebuilding and development. Patrick's career began at Spencer Stuart in knowledge management from 2001 to 2004. Patrick holds an education from DePaul University, which was attended from 2000 to 2002, following graduation from New Trier High School.
