Patrick Wilson has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Currently serving as the Valuation Services Director at Colliers International since June 2009, Patrick has also held roles as Senior Valuation Specialist and Valuation Specialist during tenure at the firm. In addition, Patrick co-founded PCW Capital, LLC in June 2017. Prior to these roles, Patrick worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at McWHINNEY from May 2006 to June 2009. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Real Estate Finance, obtained from Colorado State University between 2003 and 2007.
