Paul Syminton is currently the Principal of Resources and Energy at Colliers Engineering and Design, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Paul worked at Pritchard Francis from 2004 to 2007 as a Project Manager and eventually served as Project Director and Principal in Civil Projects. Earlier in their career, from 1998 to 2001, Paul was a Civil Design Draftperson and Senior Engineering Assistant for the City of Stirling in Western Australia.
