Peter Block

Peter Block is an Executive Vice President at Colliers International, specializing in Retail Investment Sales since June 2011. Previously, Peter held the position of Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company in the Private Capital Group, focusing on the sales and investment of office and retail properties valued between $2 million and $25 million from October 2008 to June 2011. Peter's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 1999 to 2008, Managing Director at Insignia/ESG from 1997 to 1999, and Managing Director at Frain Camins & Swartchild from 1988 to 1997. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from Grinnell College, completed in May 1984, and graduated from Highland Park High School in 1984.
