Peter Gallagher

Peter Gallagher has extensive experience in the property consultancy sector, currently serving as a Consultant and Director Head of the Manchester Office at Colliers International since February 2014. Prior to this role, Peter co-founded p3 property consultants llp, where as a Partner, significant contributions were made in acquisitions, leasing, and marketing consultancy within the North West region. Previous positions include Director at Erinacious, where responsibilities included leading agency efforts under a national framework, and Director at Dunlop Haywards, continuing as Head of Agency in various iterations of the company from 2004 to 2007, and building a long tenure at Dunlop Heywood Chartered Surveyors from 1972 to 2004, where expertise in commercial agency developed.
