Phil Western

Phil Western currently serves as the National Director of Government Property Services and Valuation & Advisory Services at Colliers International, a position held since 2019. With over 30 years of experience in the Australian and New Zealand Government property sector, Phil possesses extensive expertise in government relations, risk management, and asset valuation. Previously, Phil held various significant roles, including Valuer General of NSW and Regional Manager at Valuation New Zealand. Phil remains actively engaged in the property industry, representing Australasia on the Membership and Standards Board of the International Valuations Standards Council.
