Philip Smith

Philip Smith is the Managing Director of Valuation and Advisory Services at Colliers International in Ontario, a role they began in January 2024. With over 39 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, Philip has worked extensively in leasing, management, financial analysis, and valuation across Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean. Previously, they held executive positions at Altus Group Limited, Cushman & Wakefield, and Colliers International, focusing on providing advisory services to various clients, including government and non-profit organizations. Philip is a Chartered Surveyor (FRICS), accredited appraiser (AACI), and professional land economist (PLE), and has contributed to industry publications and conferences. They hold a degree from the University of Reading, obtained between 1983 and 1986.
