Preston Thomas

Preston Thomas, SIOR, serves as the Executive Vice President and Principal at Colliers in the Memphis Region, where they form part of an award-winning industrial team dedicated to providing exceptional real estate services. With a career beginning in 1994 as a Farm Manager at Egypt Planting Company, Preston has accumulated extensive experience across various roles, including management of a rental business at WPT Holdings and ownership of SE Industrial Investments and DCM Ventures. They have also held internships with the University of Mississippi and Senator Thad Cochran, enhancing their skills in communication and public relations. Preston earned a degree from the University of Mississippi's School of Business Administration, completing their studies in 2005.
