Raul Saavedra

Raul Saavedra is a seasoned professional in the real estate and data center advisory fields, currently serving as Vice Chair and Head of Data Center Advisory for the Americas at Colliers since May 2022. Previously, Raul held key positions at JLL, including Senior Managing Director and Northern California Data Center Practice Lead, as well as Executive Vice President, where expertise focused on tenant and buyer representation. Raul's background also includes significant experience at Digital Realty as Senior Asset Manager, overseeing a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio, and various roles that involved strategic asset management and portfolio optimization at TQM Group, Autodesk, and Lucas Real Estate Holdings. Raul holds an MBA in Real Estate, Marketing, and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
