Richard Gorodesky

Richard Gorodesky, SIOR, is a seasoned professional in industrial real estate with over four decades of experience. They began their career as a Manufacturing Planner at Kulicke & Soffa before transitioning to venture capital at Howard, Lawson & Co. As Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Voice Systems, they honed their financial expertise. Richard held multiple senior positions at Colliers from 1995 to 2024, including Vice Chair and Senior Managing Director. They earned their degree from Penn State University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982.
