Rick Stoes has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, holding various key positions since the mid-1990s. Starting as a Broker and Contractor at Venture Real Estate & Development from 1994 to 2000, Rick then served as the Qualifying Broker for the Las Cruces Office at First Commercial Real Estate Services until 2005, when the firm merged with Grubb & Ellis|New Mexico, where Rick was Managing Director until May 2012. Following this, Rick became the Texas & New Mexico Broker and Principal at Henry S. Miller until May 2019, and has since held the position of Qualifying Broker for both El Paso and Las Cruces at Colliers since May 2021. Additionally, Rick continues to operate Stoes Real Estate Advisors, providing commercial real estate and construction services throughout Southern New Mexico and West Texas since January 2005.
