Rob Bird is the National Director of Office Leasing at Colliers, specializing in premium and A-Grade properties in Auckland's CBD. With over 25 years of experience, Rob has a strong focus on tenant representation and the evolving landscape of office spaces. Having worked with major clients such as Air New Zealand, Vodafone, and ANZ, Rob demonstrates a deep commitment to helping tenants secure office space and renegotiate leases. Rob's educational background includes a Bachelor of Agricultural Science in Valuation and Management and a Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University, as well as being a Green Star NZ Accredited Professional. Previously, Rob served as Auckland Valuer at AXA New Zealand and held several roles within Colliers, including National Director of Property Management.
