Rob Davis

Rob Davis is a Vice President at Colliers, where they provide owner and tenant representation for lease and sale transactions in Minnesota's office space market. They have successfully represented a range of clients, including hospital systems, nonprofits, and advertising agencies, while focusing on fostering long-term relationships to align clients' commercial real estate strategies with their business goals. Prior to Colliers, Rob held the position of Vice President at The Excelsior Group and worked in brokerage services at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq. Currently, Rob is actively involved with the MNCAR Realtor Board and the Greater Saint Paul BOMA’s Marketing & Leasing Committee, and serves on the board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Rob continues to pursue education at Saint Cloud State University.
